We ship from Monday – Thursday (excluding holidays). All orders placed after 12:00pm on Thursday will ship Monday of the following week.

– We recommend when ordering our Sea Moss Gel to always choose the shipping option labeled SMG Shipping. This shipping option is specifically for order containing Sea Moss Gel to ensure they get to you on time within the range of 1-2 business days. The Sea Moss Gel needs to be refrigerated. We ship in a thermal bag that will keep the gel cool for up to 3 days. Priority shipping is 2-3 days and sometimes can be delivered in 4-5 days depending on the time of year. In our experience it is t worth the risk to ship Priority when you order contains Sea Moss Gel.
– We recommend adding insurance to all your orders to protect your purchase during the delivery process. Some of our products are shipped in glass containers. We package to protect however delivery varies with each person who handles and how much care they have.
– Our current order processing time is 1-3 business days. Most of our orders go out the next business day depending on the time of year. However Sea Moss Gel can take up to 2 days to naturally gel so we need up to 3 days to prepare in some cases.
– 1-3 days processing time and 2 business days for shipping USPS.
Since our products are made to order all sales are final. If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage, please send an email to info@PurePowersPlants.com with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that photo proof will speed up the resolution process.
